Backpack Custom Sampling Process

1. THE BUSINESS SPECIALIST PLACES A SAMPLE ORDER

According to the customer’s needs, the sales specialist will provide a detailed sample production list to the model room, and discuss the technical matters involved in the development and production of the model with the sample room master and related personnel, and determine a complete manufacturing sample plan on the basis of following the customer’s needs.

2. THE SAMPLE MASTER WILL ISSUE THE PAPER GRID AND PURCHASE THE SAMPLE MAKING MATERIALS

The sample master draws the line drawing according to the determined sample plan, and uses the machine to cut the drawings of different parts into paper grids. While the sample master is out of the paper grid, the material procurement specialist of the factory also needs to purchase the corresponding materials according to the proofing plan for subsequent proofing use.

3. MATERIAL CUTTING

The material cutting master of the luggage factory needs to cut the main fabric, auxiliary materials and other materials required for backpack proofing according to the proofing paper grid provided by the sample master, and ensure that the material cutting meets the paper grid requirements.

4. SUTURE

After the material is cut, the pattern maker can assemble and sew the material pieces from different parts of the backpack template, and make the finished template according to the requirements of the proofing plan.

5. CLEAN PACKAGING

After the sample is made, the sample can be cleaned and packaged, and then the packaged sample will be sent to the customer for confirmation.
